Anya Willis of Fit Kids created this guide that helps families find creative ways to stay active and healthy.
Anya has been a yoga instructor for the past 12 years. When Anya had her kids she was thrilled about keeping them active, but found that yoga wasn’t for everyone. She felt stumped for awhile and started researching fitness alternatives to please the varied personalities of her three kids. After doing some research and thinking about the differences in her kids, Anya discovered some really fun fitness alternatives.

Fridays at Tea & Transformative Talk (11:30-12:30) Laura Nobel from START Building Resilience shares her healing brews, invites guest speakers like Melissa Gallagher, Community Engagement Coordinator for Fields Pond Audubon, and curates a series series to build bridges to considering our current climate and ways to take positive action. Tea & Transformative talk is a pay-what-you-can event. All proceeds go to the Spiral Goddess Collective Care Fund scholarship.
Summer Sunderland from Divine Wild Flow provides her Transformational Healing Series.
This 4-weekTransformational Healing workshop will incorporate practices of embodiment, spirituality, mindfulness, and shadow work—techniques that help us to connect with our intuition and wisdom. We will play with core elements that help us go beyond coping to access genuine inner transformation. We will move beyond mental health into holistic healing. This kind of work is an ongoing journey, so we won’t wrap it all up in 4 weeks, but you will find guidance and support and you will move forward in your journey. |
