The Spiral Goddess Collective, a Center for Mind/Body Movement, is offering several opportunities for professional development workshops this fall and spring for front-line workers in a variety of fields including education, health care, and mental health and human services. These workshops provide theory and practice to help us serve our communities and take care of ourselves.
These workshops are with Dr. Sarah Hentges, PhD, RYT-200. You can find out more about Dr. Hentges's work at www.cultureandmovement.com. These workshops are provided in person in downtown Bangor with supplementary readings and materials to enhance the experiential workshop.
